When you try to import DVD to After Effects (CS4/CS5/CS6/CC) for editing, you may meet some problems.

"I have a DVD which I need to cut up and add animation too, I need to import it into Ae to add some extra text animation ...and then put it into Premiere Pro. However I cant seem to import this in Ae ... is there a lossless format which I could transcode the DVD file into? any suggestions would be helpful!"

Step 1. Load DVD movies
